A fourth generation rancher, Shirley lives the western lifestyle at her 600 acre cattle ranch in the heart of Southern Colorado.
Experienced in all aspects of rural properties with an exceptional knowledge of land use, water and mineral rights as well as property valuation and potential she brings uncommon knowledge to any land and property transaction.
Shirley an Ambassador for the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, President of the Upper Arkansas Water Shed, a Board Member and Supervisor for the Southern Colorado Soil and Water Conservation District. Shirley is also a Member of the National Board of Realtors, the Colorado Assoc of Realtors, and the Pueblo Board of Realtors.
